Fossils even show feathers according to the AMNH exhibit which is full of bones but models of ancient bird forerunners including a Dodo, but somehow the exhibit is unexciting except in theory. Maybe the displays are hard to read and follow compared with better arrangements of texts and models. Need more models as they were in life - wrap the bones!
